The BIECE – AU & EU is the French abbreviation for this organization called ‘Bureau International pour les Études, le Commerce et l’ Entreprenariat – Afrique & Europe’ . 

Our organization aims to strengthen the areas of trade, entrepreneurship, and education between Africa and Europe, and to facilitate connections. To achieve our goals, we operate representative offices for European and African businesses and organizations in both regions.

In our offices, we provide professional, legal, and economic assistance and consulting services, in addition to language and communication support.

BIECE's main collaborative patrner

The International NGO MISERE OPTION ZERO is a non-governmental, apolitical and non-profit organization created in 2008 in accordance with Law No. 40-484 of July 1, 1901. Based in Lomé, Togo, the International NGO MISERE OPTION ZERO is made up of volunteers who ensure the smooth running of its activities and is represented in Guinea-Conakry, Mali, Ghana, Benin and France. 

As of April 2023, the European headquarters of the organization opened in Budapest, Hungary.
